As of 18 October, all elements of European public procurement will be electronic !
As of 18 October 2018, contracting authorities have an obligation to communicate with economic operators electronically, at least when the size of the contract is equal or superior to European thresholds.

The contracting authorities that still do not have such a platform can use the e-Tendering platform from FPS P&S (DG Federal Accountant and Procurement). You can find this platform on this website.
