As of 18 October, all elements of European public procurement will be electronic !

As a reminder:

In the classic sectors, the thresholds are as follows:

Works

≥ 5,548,000 euros

Supplies

≥ 221,000 euros (144,000 euros for federal contracting authorities)

Services

≥ 221,000 euros (144,000 euros for federal contracting authorities)

Social services and other specific services (chapter 6)

≥ 750,000 euros

In the special sectors, the thresholds are as below:

Works

≥ 5,548,000 euros

Supplies

≥ 448,000 euros

Services

≥ 448,000 euros

Social services and other specific services (chapter 6)

The contracting authorities that still do not have such a platform can use the e-Tendering platform from FPS P&S (DG Federal Accountant and Procurement). You can find this platform on this website.
