Two new law firms at your service
The start of the year saw the emergence of new law firms created by former partners of EQUAL.
APEX-CMP offers you its specialized services in public procurement law.
Created by Valentine de Francquen, Isabelle Van Kruchten, Christophe Dubois and Patrick Thiel, the new firm located in Brussels provides you with legal support in matters of contracts and public procurement. Deliberately on a human scale, it is distinguished by a team of accessible lawyers recognized for their extensive experience.
Created by Sophie Jacques and Louis Vansnick, ARIUS LAW aims to assist you with all legal issues related to town planning and regional development, public procurement, real estate, the environment, local taxation or even the 'expropriation.
The EQUAL team wishes every success to our colleagues in their new adventures.
EQUAL Partners and its partners remain available for all questions in public and administrative law and particularly in environmental law, energy, economy and public finance, public governance, administrative advertising, transparency and data management, in the context of procedures, opinions or drafting of legal texts, among others.
We have also established collaborative links with colleagues and/or specialists who will enrich our range of services, particularly in mediation and in legal matters complementary to ours. Information on this subject will be sent to you in the coming weeks.
Although Flagey remains our head office, we have left the offices, which had become too large and which no longer corresponded to our new working methods which involve greater mobility and availability.
This is how we invite you to meet in one of the 12 SILVERSQUARE Coworking locations which offer (probably near you) fully equipped meeting rooms and friendly and inspiring meeting spaces.
We are also available online, at the time that suits you best.
See you soon !
