Hélène Debaty

Hélène practices public law and administrative law and handles cases concerning civil service law, disciplinary law, municipal law, local taxation and education law, for both citizens and public authorities.

Passionate about social issues, the notion of general interest as well as the impact of the rights and duties of each individual on the society in which he or she evolves, it is obviously that I turned towards public law and administrative law.

I don’t just listen to my clients and what they identify as their needs, I make sure I understand them.
My goal is to find solutions adapted to the specificities of each situation, and, above all, sustainable solutions.

To do this, two fundamental elements underpin my practice and the relationship I have with my clients: trust and independence.
Being particularly interested in transmission to future generations, since 2022 I have been teaching the constitutional rights course at the Commercial Careers Institute of the City of Brussels.
